The staff were super friendly, always greeting us with a smile! The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect chill spot after a day of exploring, and the selection at breakfast was incredible with fresh fruit and traditional options like arepas quickly becoming my fave.

The first room they gave me was humid, dark, and had a musty smell with mold on the walls. I had to fight a bit to get moved to a better room, which was okay but still had slow WiFi. Definitely not what I expected when I arrived. Also, there was no hot water during my stay. Not great!
